Description
Dietary supplement based on linden and hawthorn with melatonin and vitamin B1. Linden promotes relaxation (sleep; in case of stress). Hawthorn contributes to the regular functioning of the cardiovascular system, relaxation and mental well-being, has an antioxidant action and promotes regular blood pressure. Thiamine contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and normal cardiac function. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: Pearlitol Flash (D-mannitol, corn starch); lime flowers es (Tilia tomentosa Moench) tit. 5% flavonoids, hawthorn leaves es (Crataegus oxyacantha auct.) tit. 7% flavones; acidifier: citric acid; sweeteners: xylitol, aspartame, sucralose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; flavouring, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), melatonin.
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day before going to bed, to be dissolved in the mouth until completely dissolved.
