Description
Food supplement based on linden and hawthorn with melatonin and vitamin B1. Linden promotes relaxation (sleep; in case of stress). Hawthorn contributes to the regular function of the cardiovascular system, relaxation and mental well-being, has an antioxidant action and promotes regular blood pressure. Thiamine contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and normal heart function. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: Pearlitol Flash (D-mannitol, corn starch); linden flowers d.e. (Tilia tomentosa Moench) tit. 5% flavonoids, hawthorn leaves d.e. (Crataegus oxyacantha auct.) tit. 7% flavones; acidifier: citric acid; sweeteners: xylitol, aspartame, sucralose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; flavouring, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), melatonin.

Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily before bedtime, to be dissolved in the mouth until completely dissolved.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, correctly stored.
