Description
The device is a portable micronized nasal shower for aerosol therapy. The device is composed of a base unit containing a pneumatic micro compressor and a rechargeable battery. On the upper part there is the medicine container with the relative nebulization bell. It is operated by a rechargeable battery and the charge status is indicated by 3 LED lights. The activation allows the liquid contained in the container to be nebulized by an atomizer in the nasal cavities. Excess liquid and nasal secretions are collected in a space between the two bells. The device is a micronized nasal shower for aerosol therapy that allows the treatment of upper respiratory tract conditions and the physiological washing (with physiological solution, hypertonic or thermal water) and/or therapeutic (with drugs) of the nasal cavities. The device produces a jet of micronized solution that, directed into the nasal cavities, promotes hydration, fluidification and removal of mucus and phlegm.

How to use
Warning: liquids penetrating the handpiece will result in damage to the electrical components and pose a safety hazard to the user. Before proceeding with the operations indicated below, remove the accessories from the handpiece. To perform these operations, make sure that the power cable is not connected to the USB socket of the device.
Basic unit:
-Cleaning: Cannot be cleaned under water. Use a soft damp cloth; you can use a non-abrasive neutral detergent.
-Disinfection: Use a sponge or soft cloth moistened with a cold disinfectant solution (such as a solution with a concentration of sodium hypochlorite not exceeding 2%), following the instructions indicated by the manufacturer of the solution. Make sure that the solution is compatible with the material from which the base unit is made.
-Sterilization: the sterilization cycle is not foreseen.
Upper part components:
-Cleaning: they can be washed with hot water (approx. 40°C) using detergent (dosed according to the detergent manufacturer's instructions) and rinsed under running water. When all the parts have been cleaned they can be dried with a soft cloth and stored.
-Disinfection: after being washed, they can be immersed in a cold disinfectant solution (such as a solution with a concentration of sodium hypochlorite not exceeding 2%), following the instructions indicated by the manufacturer of the same. It is possible to disinfect the accessories by boiling them in water for a maximum of 10 minutes: the components must not be in direct contact with the bottom of the pan.
-Sterilization: they are compatible with the autoclave sterilization cycle at 121°C for at least 15 min. (max 30 min.) for a maximum of 20 cycles.
