How to use
Particularly suitable for preparing delicate broths for pasta, risottos, soups or as a flavouring for dishes.
For the broth: dissolve about 10 g (about 1 tablespoon) in 1/2 litre of boiling water.
For seasoning: to add flavour, sprinkle directly on roasts, vegetables and dishes as desired.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of steam.
