Description
Food supplement based on Psyllium fiber, extracted from the seed husk of Plantago ovata, and the enzymes alpha-galactosidase and beta-galactosidase.
- Plantago ovata has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action (digestive system).
It contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and the formation of stools of normal consistency and volume.
- Beta-galactosidase (lactase) improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting it.
Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., seed husk); acidifier: citric acid; flavorings, beta-galactosidase; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; coloring: E120; alpha-galactosidase.
Gluten-free.
Nutritional characteristics
Instructions for use
Pour the content of one sachet of Onligol Fibra into a large glass, add water (200 ml), mix well and drink immediately. Any increase in the consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of Onligol Fibra.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: one sachet, two to three times a day, immediately before meals. For correct use of the product in children under 12 years of age, consult your doctor.
Since psyllium fiber could delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, allow a period of at least 2 hours between taking Onligol Fibra and taking medications.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
Do not take Onligol Fibra together with anti-diarrheal drugs. The product is contraindicated in case of abnormal narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract and therefore should not be used if there is a risk of intestinal obstruction or if it is already present.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
May contain traces of mustard and sesame due to contamination in the cultivation areas of Psyllium; this presence does not alter either the taste or the quality of the product.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
