Sweetener: sorbitol (from corn or wheat ); glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (from crustaceans ), chondroitin sulphate sodium salt, L-carnitine fumarate; acidifier: citric acid; hydrolysed type II collagen, hyaluronic acid and L-carnitine fumarate.

The recommended dose is 1 sachet per day.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water.
