Description
Food supplement based on marine magnesium, chasteberry, dioscorea, griffonia, green tea and vitamin B6 indicated for women who suffer from disorders related to the cycle and premenstrual syndrome.
Ingredients
Marine magnesium (magnesium content 45%); bulking agent: cellulose and dicalcium phosphate; chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit extract tit. 2.5% in agnusids, dioscorea (Dioscorea opposita Thunb.) rhizome extract tit. 20% in diosgenin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds extract tit. 25% in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), green tea (Camellia sinensis L. Kuntze) leaves extract tit. 98% in polyphenols and 40% in epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, for 60-90 days without interruption.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take if you are already consuming other products containing green tea. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in children under 18 years. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). It is not recommended to take if you are undergoing hormone therapy (synthetic hormones). Ask your doctor for a preventive opinion in case of pharmacological treatment with antidepressants. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Avoid in case of known hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients.
