Bulking agent: maltodextrin; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, NADH disodium salt (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide reduced disodium salt), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), D-biotin, vitamin B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

We recommend taking 1 to 2 capsules per day with plenty of water.
