Vitamin D contributes to:
- normal function of the immune system;
- normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus;
- maintenance of normal bones and maintenance of normal muscle function.
Furthermore, vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
It is suggested to take 1 teaspoon of 2.5 ml per day from 0 to 18 years and 1 teaspoon of 5 ml per day for subsequent age groups or according to the doctor's opinion.
