Eggs, rice flour, sugar, semi-candied lemon peel 13.7% [lemon peel 64.5%, sugar, concentrated lemon juice 0.6%], sunflower oil, chicory fibre; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; alcohol, flavourings, thickeners: xanthan gum; salt, grapeseed oil, corn starch.
Icing sugar sachet 5% [sugar, corn starch, flavourings].
May contain soy, almonds, sesame seeds, mustard.
Gluten-free.
