Description
Food supplement.
The active ingredients contained in the dry extracts of garcinia and griffonia are useful for controlling hunger. Rhodiola acts as a tonic-adaptogen, combating psycho-physical fatigue, while griffonia, based on 5-HTP, is useful for relaxation and mental well-being. Their synergy, however, promotes a normal mood, which is important during episodes of emotional eating. Solanum tuberosum is useful for controlling gastric acidity, which accentuates the sensation of hunger, while garcinia, based on HCA, is involved in lipid metabolism for body weight balance. Enriched with glucomannan and chitosan.

Ingredients
Chitosan (contains fish and its derivatives), glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac radix) powder, garcinia [Garcinia cambogia (Gaernt) Desr. fructus] dry extract titrated to 60% hydroxycitric acid, Slendesta (Solanum tuberosum L. tuber) dry extract titrated to 5% PI2, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L. radix) dry extract titrated to 3% rosavin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. semen] dry extract titrated to 25% 5-HTP; technological adjuvants: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets daily, preferably in the morning and evening before main meals and with plenty of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, within an adequate low-calorie diet and with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice. The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
If, following the use of the product, disturbances arise, for example, affecting liver function or the central nervous system, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
