Description
Medical device specifically formulated for the treatment of aerobic bacterial vaginosis, with a mechanical action aimed at creating a barrier effect that protects the vaginal mucosa from pathogens. The combination of hyaluronic acid, known for its ability to retain moisture, and carboxymethylcellulose, a powerful mucoadhesive agent that increases viscosity, plays a crucial role in protecting the vaginal mucosa. These ingredients create a physical protective film that acts as a mechanical barrier, protecting the mucosa from external aggressions and limiting the proliferation of pathogenic aerobic bacteria responsible for bacterial vaginosis. The barrier effect helps to alleviate the symptoms of vaginosis, such as irritation and discomfort, maintaining the integrity of the vaginal mucosa. Furthermore, thanks also to lactic acid, it helps to acidify the vaginal environment, contributing to the restoration of normal physiological conditions of the female intimate area and improving overall comfort. The protection offered thus promotes the maintenance of a healthy and protected environment, further reducing irritating symptoms and the risk of recurrence.

Instructions for use
A vaginal irrigation in the evening is recommended for 3, 4 or 5 consecutive days, as medically indicated.
Proceed with the administration of the product as follows:
- shake the bottle before use;
- remove the sealing cap by pushing it sideways with slight pressure;
- remove the cannula from the transparent wrapper and insert it into the hole of the bottle, ensuring its correct positioning;
- position yourself in a way that allows for correct administration of the solution;
- ensure that the intimate area is clean;
- introduce the cannula into the vaginal canal and gently squeeze the sides of the bottle. Allow the entire solution to gradually flow along the vaginal mucosa so as to reach the entire affected area and until the bottle is completely empty;
- after applying the product, it is recommended to remain in a position that allows the solution to be retained in the vagina for a few minutes and to let it act on the mucosa to perform its action;
- do not rinse to remove the product and finally dry the intimate area.

Ingredients
Purified water, polysorbate 80, glycerin, benzyl alcohol, 1,2-hexanediol, ethylhexylglycerin, sodium benzoate, carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt (0.5%), lactic acid (0.17%), sodium hydroxide, chlorhexidine digluconate, polidocanol, hyaluronic acid sodium salt (0.01%).

Warnings
The product is intended exclusively for vaginal use. The device is for single use; do not reuse. Do not use for purposes other than those indicated. Keep out of sight and reach of children under 3 years of age. In case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor. Use only on intact vaginal mucosa. Do not use on damaged mucosa or in the presence of vaginal lesions. Do not use in case of acute vaginal infections or concomitant drug therapies, without medical advice. In case of irritation, burning or other adverse reactions due to hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not use the product for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. For use of the product in pregnant or breastfeeding women, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Do not use the product after the expiry date. Do not use if the packaging is not intact. The expiry date refers to the product intact and correctly stored.

Storage
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat sources.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
