Maize flour 52.5%, rice flour 44% wholemeal rice flour 36%, white rice flour, potato starch; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
Gluten-free.

Double cooking
Pre-cooking: cook the pasta for 6 min in plenty of salted water, keeping it boiling for the indicated pre-cooking time. Drain the pasta, cool it with room temperature water, add vegetable oil and cover. Store in the refrigerator at 0-4 °C for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of 20 hours, before completion.
Completion: warm in boiling water for 10 seconds.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
