How to use
The recommended dose for adults (12 years and older) is one coated tablet per day, to be swallowed with water or other liquid, preferably in the morning. This dosage ensures a supply of vitamins and minerals in accordance with the recommended doses.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. E110 and E124 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
