Optipep 100% hydrolyzed whey protein: the high biological value, the high protein content and the excellent digestibility (20-30 minutes) guarantee a rapid and high assimilation of amino acids to build and prevent the deterioration of muscle tissue due to prolonged and consecutive efforts.
Indications for use: growth, maintenance, regeneration and recovery of muscle structure.
Ingredients
Optipep 90 DH4 instant hydrolyzed whey protein isolate (contains lactose <0.2%), cocoa powder (8%), maltodextrin; thickener: carboxymethylcellulose; flavourings; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: sucralose, sodium cyclamate.

How to use
We recommend 30 g of product per day (3 scoops), dissolved in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker.
