ZMA: the ergogenic activity of this mix of minerals and vitamins (zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6) is complemented by an intense anabolic activity, mediated by the stimulation of the production and secretion of testosterone and IGF-1.

How to use
We recommend taking 30 g (three scoops) of product per day, dissolved in 200 ml of water.
