*The beneficial effect of glucomannan on weight loss, as part of a low-calorie diet, is obtained by consuming 3 g of glucomannan per day (3 individual doses of 1 g).
Ingredients
Organic Konjac tuber powder (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch), organic corn starch.
100% vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to use
Reserved for adults. 3 capsules 3 times a day with one or two large glasses of water, at least half an hour before main meals. It is recommended to drink plenty of water to ensure ingestion.
Warnings
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use in subjects with difficulty swallowing. Respect a 2-hour interval between taking the product and that of a medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, more than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
