Ingredients
Thickener: organic acacia gum, organic freeze-dried royal jelly (1) , organic apple fibres (Malus domestica Borkh.).
Capsule: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
(1) 3 capsules provide 168 mg of freeze-dried royal jelly equivalent to 504 mg of fresh royal jelly.

How to use
Recommended for adults and children aged 6 and over.
Adults: 2-3 Arkocapsules per day.
Adolescents 13-18 years: 2 Arkocapsules per day.
Children 6-12 years: 1 Arkocapsule per day, preferably during meals.
