Evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis L.); vegetable capsule: glycerol; organic corn starch; gelling agent: carrageenans.

How to use
Adults and children aged 12 and over: 3 Arkocapsules per day with a large glass of water, preferably during meals, 10 days per month during the second half of the female cycle.
