A tailored sleep solution, in mini-doses that act quickly thanks to the sublingual format.
You can take 1 or 2 tablets at a time, depending on your specific needs (jet lag, difficulty falling asleep, nocturnal awakenings...).
Does not cause drowsiness upon waking.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: ammital, isomalt and starch; poppy petal extract (Papaver rhoeas L.); anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; natural flavouring, melatonin.
Gluten-free.

Directions for use
From 15 years of age.
Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, i.e., 1 tablet under the tongue shortly before going to bed, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
Falling asleep: 1 or 2 tablets under the tongue before going to bed or during the night.
Warnings
Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, for children and adolescents under 15 years of age.
Use by adolescents over 15 years of age should be occasional.
If you are undergoing medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), consult your doctor.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
A food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
