FOOD SUPPLEMENT
Description
Useful in all problems related to iron deficiency (depression, difficulty concentrating, tiredness, hair and nail problems, etc.), iron deficiency anemia.
How to use
1 tablet per day, after meals.
Warnings
Do not take in case of diseases characterized by excess absorption of iron (hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, hemolytic anemia, liver cirrhosis). The product is of vegetal origin (algae) and slow release; therefore the intestinal problems that can occur after iron administration are greatly attenuated.
However, caution is recommended when administering to patients with gastroduodenal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, segmental enteritis.
Taking antacids at the same time drastically reduces iron absorption.
Iron can darken stool and cause constipation or diarrhea.
The B vitamins in the product may color your urine yellow.
If taking vitamin E at the same time, take the two preparations a few hours apart to prevent interference with their absorption.
