Sterile, ready-to-use physiological solution, indicated for the removal of mucus or secretions and restoration of the physiological state of the nose of newborns, children, adults and in aerosol therapy.
Liberino frees the nose of newborns from the mucus that often obstructs it and therefore facilitates feeding and sleep in infants. It is indicated for the removal of mucus or secretions and for restoring the physiological state of the nose of children who are unable to clean it properly.
It promotes the elimination of excessive nasal secretions and, with its concomitant humidifying action, remedies dryness of the respiratory tract in both children and adults.
Liberino can also be used for external eye hygiene. In this case, use a cotton ball soaked in the contents of a vial to gently clean the outside of the eye, keeping the eyelids closed.

Components
Sodium chloride E.Ph. 45.0 mg, Water ppi 5.0 ml.

How to use
Newborns: instill a few drops into the nostrils before feeding.
Children: instill a few drops into the nostrils 1-3 times a day.
Adults: 1-3 vials per day, distributing the contents between the two nostrils.
For newborns, open the bottle by twisting the top. Keeping the baby's head tilted to the right, gently insert the tip of the bottle just inside the left nostril. Squeeze the sides of the bottle and squeeze out the required amount of liquid. Tilt the baby's head to the left and repeat for the other nostril. Raise the baby's head and wipe away any liquid that comes out of the nostrils.
For children and adults, wait a few seconds before blowing your nose to allow the action to occur.
Close the bottle by pressing the top part onto the spout.
For aerosol therapy:
- as a fluidifier of secretions: follow the instructions of the aerosol device manufacturer;
- to dilute medicines: follow the instructions on the packaging of the medicine to be diluted.

Warnings
Once opened and closed, after partial removal of the contents, the vial must be put back in the case and stored in a cool place, used within 48 hours. If used with a drug, follow the instructions in the drug leaflet.
For use in aerosol therapy, do not use in patients with serious respiratory or cardiovascular diseases.
It does not contain preservatives and therefore can be used for long periods.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Validity for intact package: 36 months.
Validity after first opening: 48 hours.
Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
