L-ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, D-glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (vegetable), chondroitin sulphate; acidity regulator: citric acid; sodium bicarbonate, orange flavouring, methylsulfonylmethane; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; garcinia mangostana (Garcinia mangostana L.) fruit pulp es tit. at 40% in mangostin, devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens DC.) root es tit. at 2.5% in harpagoside, magnesium citrate; sweetener: sucralose; riboflavin (vitamin B2), sodium hyaluronate.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day to dissolve in a glass of water. Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, slight variations in color may occur from one batch to another. The presence of suspended particles after preparation is to be considered absolutely normal.
