Description
It is a food supplement based on Melaleuca alternifolia Cheel. Tea tree oil contains various aromatic substances with disinfectant action. These include terpinen-4-ol, an alcohol that makes up about 40% of the oil, and monoterpenes. It promotes the physiological function of the upper respiratory tract. It is indicated in cases of respiratory tract infections, which cause pharyngitis and tonsillitis, fever, bronchitis, colds, and sore throats.
It has significant antifungal activity; it is useful for the treatment of vaginal candidiasis, and in particular for azole-resistant forms.
Melaleuca terpinen-4-ol were evaluated in vitro on Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium culmorum, and Pyrenophora graminea. The results showed that both exert high antifungal power.
It is known to have potential therapeutic benefits in chronic periodontitis.
It exhibits antibacterial activity, especially regarding infections within the oral cavity and respiratory tracts.
It demonstrates antimicrobial potential evaluated against two strains of Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter coli, and other Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
Antimicrobial activity has been demonstrated against bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Proteus mirabilis.
It has shown effectiveness in the treatment of acne and as an anti-herpetic agent.

Ingredients
Pregelatinized corn starch 75%, soy lecithin 10%; antioxidants: ascorbic acid 6.8%, calcium carbonate 4%; anti-caking agents: levilite 2.4%, vegetable magnesium stearate 1.6%. Melaleuca essential oil leaves and terminal branches 0.2%.
Gastro-resistant capsule: hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), gellan gum, titanium dioxide 1.92%.

Directions for use
