Ingredients
Fructo-oligosaccharides, L. acidophilus SGL11, L. rhamnosus SGL06, Lc. lactis SGLc01, L. paracasei SGL04, L. plantarum SGL07, L. reuteri SGL01; technological adjuvants: gelatin capsule, microtalc, magnesium stearate.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
1 capsule per day to be swallowed with plenty of water, preferably at least half an hour before meals.
