Description
Potato pearls with rice gluten free specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. Suitable for vegans. GMO and egg free. With Majella spring water.
Ingredients
Rehydrated potato flakes (85%), rice flour (11%), potato starch, salt; acidity regulator: lactic acid; preservative: ascorbic acid.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
In a pot, boil 2 liters of water and salt it. When the water is boiling, pour the pearls into the pot. When they come back to the surface (after about 2 minutes), drain them with a slotted spoon and then season them to taste.
Conservation
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place. Do not pierce the package. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
