Folic acid: Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus. The product is intended for women of childbearing age; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily supplemental intake of folic acid of 400 mcg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
DHA: Maternal intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to normal brain and eye development in the fetus and breast-fed infants. The product is intended for pregnant and breast-feeding women; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids in adults, which is equal to: 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
Vitamin B6: contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Vitamin B12, vitamin D, magnesium, iron, zinc: intervene in the process of cell division.
Vitamin C: increases iron absorption.

How to use
