Food supplement in coated tablets with prolonged release based on Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamins, useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Vitamin PP contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, Vitamin B5 is useful for the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, Vitamin D and some neurotransmitters; furthermore, it promotes normal mental performance. Vitamin B6 supports the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, Vitamin B12, on the other hand, is useful for the normal function of normal vision, supports normal iron metabolism and is useful for the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal cardiac function and Folic Acid supports normal hematopoiesis. Biotin, Vitamin B1, Vitamin PP, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
