Horsetail, wild fennel, and galega promote the drainage of body fluids. Galega also acts on carbohydrate metabolism and helps maintain body weight, as well as having a galactagogue function. Horsetail promotes connective tissue health and the well-being of nails and hair. Wild fennel, fenugreek, and star anise support digestive function; wild fennel and star anise also promote regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas. Fenugreek has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system; it acts on the metabolism of carbohydrates, triglycerides, and cholesterol. Alfalfa acts on lipid metabolism and chasteberry counteracts menstrual cycle disorders.

Alcohol (59% vol.), water, horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) aerial parts, wild fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruits, galega (Galega officinalis L.) flowering tops, alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) flowering aerial parts, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seeds, star anise (Illicium verum Hook. f.) fruits, chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruits.
