Espersol
Description
Nebulizable solution based on sea water and hyaluronic acid with a fluidifying action for the treatment of colds, rhinitis and sinusitis.
Contains no preservatives.
Components
Water, sea water, sodium hyaluronate, potassium phosphate monobasic and potassium phosphate dibasic.
How to use
For cleaning the nasal passages and washing:
- detach a single-dose vial and open it gently by rotating the cap until it is removed;
- tilt your head sideways, gently insert the tip of the vial into your nostril and press lightly;
- after a few seconds, blow your nose or, if necessary, use a nasal aspirator to remove any secretions.
- Repeat the operation for the other nostril after tilting your head to the other side.
For aerosol therapy:
- detach a single-dose vial and open it gently by rotating the cap until it is removed;
- pour the contents into the appropriate bottle, carefully following the instructions given by the manufacturer on the appliance in your possession.
In case of partial use of the vial, close it using the appropriate cap (upside down) and store in the refrigerator. In any case, use the remaining product within 24 hours of first opening.
For correct use we recommend:
- in infants: instill a few drops in each nostril several times during the day;
- in 1-year-old children: perform complete washes or aerosol therapy with 1 vial once a day;
- in adults: perform complete washes or aerosol therapy with 1 vial twice a day.
The duration of use depends on the evolution of the symptoms and if necessary it can be used for prolonged periods on the advice of your doctor.
Use in infants and children must be done under the advice of a doctor and in any case in the presence of an adult.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
Warnings
Keep the preparation out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use for purposes other than those indicated. Do not ingest. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any component of the product. The use, especially if prolonged, of all products for topical use, can give rise to sensitization phenomena.
If particular reactions occur during use of the product, discontinue use of the product, contact your doctor/pharmacist and notify the manufacturer. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, for greater safety it is recommended to follow the doctor's advice. Use in infants and children must always take place on the advice of the doctor and in any case in the presence of an adult. Do not disperse the container in the environment.
