Myo-inositol, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; wild berry flavouring, nicotinamide; sweetener: steviol glycosides (from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves), Quatrefolic [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt].
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (at least 150 ml), mix well and drink immediately after preparation. Any insoluble residues are due to the high concentration of the active substances present and do not constitute a defect of the product.
