Herbal tea with lemon balm, which promotes relaxation and mental well-being, and passionflower, which can promote relaxation and sleep in cases of stress.
Ingredients
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) leaves, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves; flavor correctors: apple (Malus domestica Borkh) fruit pieces, hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers, rose hip (Rosa canina L.), sweet orange (Citrus sinensis L. var. Dulcis) peels, segments and flowers; flavors: natural sweet orange essential oil, natural flavor.

Directions for use
Pour boiling water (about 200 ml) into a cup containing 3 grams of the blend (one level kitchen spoon), making sure to keep the container covered to prevent the more volatile substances from dispersing, leave to infuse for 5-6 minutes and strain.
