Fenugreek can be involved in triglyceride and cholesterol metabolism, rosemary as an antioxidant, ginger and barberry in the regular function of the cardiovascular system, and cinnamon in carbohydrate metabolism.
Ingredients
Fenugreek* (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seeds dry extract, barberry* (Berberis aristata DC.) bark dry extract, rosemary* (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) leaves dry extract, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), ginger* (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizome dry extract, cinnamon* (Cinnamomum verum J.Presl.) bark dry extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; gum arabic (E414); coating agent: shellac E904/E527.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet before lunch and 1 tablet before dinner with plenty of water.
