ORGANIC ACACIA HONEY 500 G FIOR DI LOTO
Honey
ACACIAproduced from organic farming, it has a light, straw yellow color, liquid consistency and is highly sought after for its delicate, fine and not cloying taste. Recommended for mild diabetics, as it is rich in fructose, but without excesses. It is an excellent antiseptic with a balsamic action on the respiratory tract.
Features:
produced in a historical beekeeping, organized to follow the different flowering periods in the various regions of Italy, it does not undergo thermal treatments above 40° and does not crystallize thanks to its high fructose content. It is excellent for sweetening without altering the taste and aroma of the sweetened product, it can be used to sweeten babies' meals, it does not cloud herbal teas and, due to its sweetness, it is the preferred table honey, even by children.
