Oppure unire un cucchiaino di prodotto a un po' di aceto o di limone, per una salsa adatta per verdure cotte ed insalate.

Caratteristiche:
alimento ricco in proteine ed enzimi vitali.
Prodotto artigianale non pastorizzato; la pastorizzazione inattiva i lattobacilli, facendo perdere gran parte del suo benefico effetto.
L'alta percentuale di orzo, la cottura a vapore dei fagioli di soia, la fermentazione in barili di cedro, impartiscono al prodotto un sapore delicato adatto a tutte le stagioni e a tutte le preparazioni culinarie.
