Dried shirataki noodles, rehydrate.
Konjac noodles (shirataki) have the fundamental characteristic of being composed essentially only of fiber. Consequently, they have very few calories and no carbohydrates. They are therefore ideal for all diets and in particular those low in carbohydrates.
Ingredients
Rehydrated product ingredients: water, konjac flour, calcium hydroxide, citric acid, tapioca syrup and starch (traces).
Gluten free.

How to use
Dosage per person: 3 rolls (75 g of dried pasta, 180 g rehydrated).
Prepare a pot of boiling water. Use much more water than you would for regular pasta. You can just use hot tap water, but the results are better if you boil ZenPasta like regular pasta.
Soak the desired amount of ZenPasta and let it boil or rest for at least 7-10 minutes. It is okay to leave ZenPasta in water too long, this pasta never overcooks and always remains the same consistency. The weight gain is greater by leaving it 10-12 minutes.
Drain in a colander and rinse well under the tap with hot water. It is important to rinse well to remove the small amount of sugar used to keep the ZenPasta rolls compact. The better the rinse, the less sugar residue will remain.
If the sauce you have chosen allows it, sauté the ZenPasta in a pan with the sauce, to mix them better. We recommend flavorful sauces and a little salt since ZenPasta has no flavor and is not salty.
