Description
Its leaves, crumpled and dried to be marketed, are the product of Camellia sinensis, a bushy, evergreen shrub that does not grow taller than two meters. Leaf harvesting takes place three times a year: the first in April, the second at the beginning of summer, and the third in mid-autumn. The processing of green tea begins with passing it through ventilated ovens with a process of progressively higher temperatures to prevent oxidation: in this way, the leaves retain their color and can produce an infusion with the characteristic pale green color and slightly bitter taste. Excellent traditional Chinese green tea, obtained from organic farming.

Instructions for use
A tea with a sweet and pungent flavor, and a beautiful color. It is drunk plain, perfect with exotic dishes. For preparation, hot water at 70°C-80°C (not boiling) is suggested, and infuse for about 3 minutes. The ideal consumption is 1 to 4 cups per day.

Store at room temperature in a dry place.
