Description
Traditional Japanese spaghetti, obtained from the konjac tuber, an Asian plant. Konjac flour contains a precious dietary fiber, glucomannan. Given the absence of carbohydrates, they are very suitable for ketogenic and low-carb diets, as well as for diabetics. In addition, the very high fiber content has many other health benefits, including cholesterol control and the stimulation of intestinal transit.
Ingredients
Konjac flour (13%), tapioca starch, acidity regulators: citric acid, calcium hydroxide.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Pour the shirataki into boiling water and cook for at least 10 minutes. You can leave them longer because they do not overcook. Drain and rinse well under boiling water. Stir-fry the shirataki with the desired seasoning.
