Cod liver oil is derived from oil extracted from cod livers, a fish species rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, and vitamin D. It also contains essential fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which are known for their positive effects on the heart and brain.

Cod liver oil (Gadus morhua), soybean oil, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Softgel: gelatin; glycerol.
Naturally contains vitamin A (retinyl palmitate).
