Commiphora mukul: lipid metabolism, body weight balance.
Phyllanthus emblica: carbohydrate metabolism, antioxidant.
Terminalia belerica: lipid metabolism.
Ingredients
Dry extract of guggul (Commiphora mukul Hook) oleum-gummi-resin; powder of: turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome, amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fruit, vibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica Roxb.) fruit, haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fruit, ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe.) rhizome, long pepper (Piper longum L.) fruit, black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruit; excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, gum arabic; dry extract of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome.

How to use
1 tablet twice daily with warm water after meals.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 12 years of age. Do not take for prolonged periods without periodically consulting your doctor.
