Silver mother care
Silver nipple shield, made with a sheet of pure 999 silver in a truncated cone shape that allows you to cover and protect the nipple.
The outer diameter is 40mm, the height is 15mm, the thickness is 0.2mm.
The product has a dual purpose: to mechanically protect the breast above and around the nipple and to exploit the well-known properties of silver, known since ancient times, to perform a defense action against bacteria.
Centuries of experience show that in the presence of humidity, silver emits substances that act to counteract the formation of bacteria, so this system used for many years by millions of women has proven effective in avoiding problems deriving from nipple fatigue and in preventing the onset of pathologies typical of breastfeeding.
How to use
After breastfeeding, apply a drop of milk or water to the inside of the nipple shield and apply it so that it adheres perfectly to the breast.
When breastfeeding and when you decide to remove the nipple shield, remove it gently and wash your breast with water.
Wash the device with water and neutral detergent before storing it and rinse it with water and dry it before use.
Warnings
Before use, make sure you do not have any specific allergies to silver.
If allergic reactions occur, discontinue use of the nipple shield immediately.
The product is designed exclusively for its intended use, i.e. external protection of the area around the nipple. Any other use is prohibited.
The product is delivered in non-sterile packaging, as it is not disposable; therefore it requires careful cleaning before use, in the event that packages are found that are not perfectly sealed or products are found outside the package, use is absolutely prohibited.
Follow the correct storage procedures below: incorrect storage may compromise the integrity of the package.
Follow the indications on the state of wear: if you find signs of wear or other damage, proceed immediately with replacement.
For disposal, strictly comply with the current regulations regarding the disposal of special waste.
The instruction manual must be kept for the entire life of the product.
If the manual is damaged or lost, request a copy from the manufacturer.
Keep the manual and the product out of the reach of children.
Conservation
Store the product in its box and inside its respective packages. Keep the box in a cool, dry and clean place and away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
