How to use:
The single essence can be taken directly by putting 7 drops of it in a little water, in the morning and in the evening, or by diluting it.
To prepare a dilution of one or more single flowers, you need to use a 30ml bottle with a dropper, in which you will put three quarters of water, a quarter of brandy as a preservative and 7 drops of each single Essence that you intend to use.
It is generally suggested to combine no more than 4 or 5 Essences.
