Fennel; licorice; chamomile; mint; green anise; cumin; coriander.
How to use
It is recommended to take the infusion after main meals or as needed.
Place a filter bag on the bottom of a cup and pour about 70/80 ml of boiling water (infusion) over it. Drink the solution after 2/3 minutes.
For infants: first prepare the herbal tea and then pour the appropriate amount of formula milk into the herbal tea. If breastfeeding, have the mother drink the herbal tea.
