Description
Food supplement based on phytosterols, with fermented red rice (titrated in monascin and ankaflavin), policosanols. Plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, magnesium carbonate; phytosterols; Ankascin 568-P (fermented red rice with Monascus purpureus), policosanols; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; external coating (glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, shellac, polyethylene glycol; colorants: calcium carbonate, iron oxides and hydroxides).

It is recommended to take two tablets a day with a glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is intended exclusively for people who need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Patients undergoing cholesterol-lowering treatment should consume the product only under medical supervision. Do not use the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in children under 18 years of age or in adults over 70 years of age. Its intake should be planned as part of a varied and balanced diet, which involves the regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels; the consumption of more than 3 g/day of added plant sterols/plant stanols should be avoided. Monacolins total <3 mg/day. Do not use the product in case of treatment with drugs to lower cholesterol, hypolipidemics or if you are taking other products containing fermented red rice. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 3 mg of monacolins from red yeast rice. Consult a doctor about the consumption of this product if you have health problems.
