Fructo-oligosaccharides from Cichorium intybus L. (chicory) root, Prunus armeniaca L. (apricot) deseeded fruit, probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL60, Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL21, Lactobacillus salivarius CUL61, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CUL34, Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL20).

Directions for use
1 sachet per day with meals. Pour the contents into a glass, add 250 ml of water.
