Ingredients
Glucosamine sulphate 2 KCl (derived from crustaceans ), chondroitin sulphate; bulking agents: cellulose, tribasic calcium phosphate; curcuminoids from dry extract of turmeric (Curcuma longa L., rhizome); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet per day.
