Medical device.
Isotonic saline solution, also known as physiological solution, is used for nasal washes, aerosol therapy, and external eye washes.
For nasal washes, it cleans and hydrates the nasal mucous membranes, promoting the drainage of secretions and the elimination of excess mucus in cases of upper respiratory tract infections. It helps prevent otitis and rhinosinusitis. It creates the conditions for calm and proper breathing, which in younger children facilitates good sleep and better feeding.
In aerosol therapy, it hydrates the airways, promoting the expulsion of sputum in cases of lower respiratory tract infections. It is also used for external eye cleaning to prevent bacterial or viral infections.
The practical single-dose vials are hygienic and convenient.

Instructions for use
Always wash your hands before opening the vial.

- Nasal hygiene: Open the sterile vial by twisting the butterfly closure. Lay the child on their side, supporting their head with your hand. Gently place the opening of the vial against the nostril and gently press the vial to release the solution. Wait a few moments for the solution to take effect. Lift the child and remove secretions with a tissue or a nasal aspirator. Repeat the operation with the other nostril. Discard the vial after use.

- External eye cleaning: Put a few drops of physiological solution on a sterile gauze pad (one for each eye) and gently clean each eyelid from the outside, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.

- For aerosol therapy: open the sterile vial by twisting the butterfly closure. PhysioClean can be used with any aerosol therapy device. Refer to the device's user manual.

Components
Sodium chloride 0.9 g, purified water q.s. to 100 ml.

Warnings
Use according to medical/pediatric indication.
For inhalation use, do not ingest. Not for injection.
Keep instructions until the product is fully used.
The product is in single-dose, single-patient vials. It is recommended for single use only, as sterility is no longer guaranteed afterwards.
Do not use the bottle after the expiry date.
Do not discard the vials in the environment.
Do not use the same single-dose vial for both nasal and ocular hygiene.
For children under 2 months of age, individuals with significant respiratory tree diseases, in cases of frequent epistaxis, neurological or musculoskeletal diseases, and maxillofacial trauma, it is advisable to consult a doctor before use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Report any serious incident related to the device to your competent authority and the manufacturer.
Do not use if the vial is damaged.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to light and heat sources.
