Dermosile lotion
Fluid emulsion based on vegetable tar (salix alba) and urea with a stripping and smoothing effect, without perfume and without parabens; non-alcoholic.Formulated for the specific treatment as an adjuvant in the treatment of hyperkeratotic conditions of the scalp (psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis and sebopsoriasis), also associated with redness, flaking, itching and seborrhea. Climbazole is among the most common antifungals used as an anti-dandruff, particularly active against Malassezia furfur.

Aqua; glycerin; ammonium lactate; ethylhexyl cocoate; propylene glycol; urea; caprylic/capric triglyceride; salix alba bark extract; glyceryl stearate; PEG-100 stearate; aloe barbadensis gel; bisabolol; salicylic acid; allantoin; cetearyl alcohol; cetyl alcohol; dimethicone; climbazole; butyrospermum parkii butter; xanthan gum.
