Conveen: Security + Leg Bag
Description
Reusable leg bag for at least four days for urine collection. The use of this bag is indicated in cases of urinary incontinence. The bag is designed for connection with sheaths or urethral catheters and can also be connected to a bed bag.
It has a capacity of 500 ml and is equipped with an anti-reflux valve that prevents urine from flowing back. It has a drain valve on the bottom to empty urine that can be used with one hand and can be opened and closed many times without losing functionality. A connecting tube is connected that is 30 cm long (thigh bag) or 50 cm long (calf bag). The tubes are made of a special corrugated material that absolutely prevents twisting and consequent constriction of the tube, blocking the flow. The tubes can be shortened, so that the patient can choose the most comfortable size. The back, in contact with the skin, is covered in soft non-woven fabric, which reduces the risk of allergies and irritation. It has a triple weld that ensures its solidity. In the center of the bag there is a weld that ensures that the urine is distributed in the bag without it swelling, making it very discreet. Furthermore, this system prevents the typical splashing noise, making the bag even more discreet. On the upper and lower sides there are two loops that allow you to easily attach the bag to the calf, using special laces. It is made of very robust materials and allows it to be used, after rinsing, for at least four days.

The Conveen Security + bag is PVC free.
The walls of the bag are made of modified PE. The front wall is striped, transparent and grey, while the back wall is white. The transparent part allows you to check the appearance of the collected urine, but the grey dots make the bag less visible and more discreet. A layer of non-woven fabric is welded to the back wall, which has the function of preventing direct contact of the plastic with the skin, reducing the risk of allergies and skin irritation.
The connecting tube is made of PE and is connected to a white polypropylene fitting that is inserted by the user once the desired length has been decided, for attachment to catheters or sheaths. The connector is closed by a grey polyethylene cap.
The grey ABS discharge valve is inserted on the underside of the bag and closes with an audible click system.
Warnings
Contraindicated in case of latex allergy.
Conservation
It is recommended to store the product in its original, intact packaging, away from light and humidity, at a constant temperature between 15°C and 30°C.
