SenSura Mio Convex is an open pouch with an adaptable convex adhesive baseplate that provides stability in the peristomal area while remaining flexible. The elastic adhesive adapts to the individual shape of the body and the pouch while remaining discreet.
It features a curved shape that effectively adapts to uneven skin areas, deep-seated areas, and stomas that need support or help protruding. Combined with an elastic adhesive, it provides a more effective adhesion to individual body shapes. It remains discreet thanks to the design of the filter and the bag.
The adaptable convex plate remains permanently fixed to the pouch. To change the pouch, the entire device is removed and replaced. The Soft convex plate is ideal for stomas with openings above the skin level that require support due to difficulties in the peristomal area.
Main advantages:
- it is made of a material that we are used to wearing on the body, namely textile material. It is soft and comfortable in contact with the skin, tends not to stick to clothing and remains dry after a shower.
