Soft puff pastry naturally leavened for 18 hours with sourdough and tasty cherry filling. No hydrogenated fats. No additives, colorants or preservatives. Source of fiber. With fresh Italian eggs from free-range hens. No palm oil.

Wheat flour, cherry filling with sweetener 27% (sweetener: maltitol syrup; cherry puree 45% corresponding to 12% of the total ingredients; stabilizer: sorbitol syrup; gelling agent: pectin; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavorings), non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, shea butter), natural yeast (wheat) 7.5%; sweeteners: maltitol, maltitol syrup; fresh free-range eggs 3%; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, soy lecithin; malted wheat flour, fresh free-range egg yolk, butter; humectant: sorbitol syrup; barley malt extract, skimmed milk powder, flavorings, wheat gluten, salt.
